City & County of Denver

Foothills Environmental has been awarded a five year contract for Industrial Hygiene services with the City & County of Denver. Some of the services we will be providing include:

• Asbestos Inspections of Denver owned properties
• Asbestos Remediation Oversight
• Bid Package and Work Plan Preparation
• Lead Based Paint Inspections
• Indoor Air Quality Assessment
• Mold Investigations
• Hazardous Materials and Universal Waste Inventories

Much of the work will be in support of the National Western Complex and Denver Coliseum re-development. Many of the properties in the area will require environmental assessments, abatement and remediation. Foothills Environmental is excited to be part of this project to improve this historic area.
