FEI financial systems complement the project management and controls systems ensuring accurate cost accumulation, tracking, invoicing, and reporting.

FEI personnel are experienced in project management and the systems that enable FEI to manage and control costs through baseline development estimating, scheduling, and budgeting. Our procedures and processes allow the planning and control system to be driven by a resource/cost loaded schedule.
